D.F. Chase, Inc. was founded on December 16, 1986 by Dean F. Chase.  Dean, originally from Maine, attended Vanderbilt University and began his career in construction in 1970.  Managing high profile projects in Nashville such as the Basic Sciences Building at Meharry Medical College and Opryland Hotel, Dean earned a reputation as an expert in quality construction.  His work at Opryland Hotel gave D.F. Chase, Inc. its roots in the hospitality industry with subsequent projects for Marriott International, Ramada Inn, and other hotel flags.

Today D.F. Chase, Inc. is one of the largest construction services firms in Tennessee and has successfully built projects in over 30 states. Engineering News Record (ENR) listed D.F. Chase, Inc. as one of the Top 20 Warehouse/Distribution Contractors in the country with a long list of repeat clients as we continue to grow our reputation in the industry as a quality construction services firm with integrity and a focus on performance.  We realize we are in the service business and our clients success, is our success.
