New construction of the Coastal Ballroom is a 30,000 square feet addition to the existing convention center, and divisible into 14 sections. Plus, the custom-molded GFRG ceiling is fitted with color-changing LED lighting that can be programmed for any gathering or meeting theme.

New construction of a 347,000 square feet expansion that added 303 luxury guestrooms, and 150,000 square feet of new meeting rooms and ballroom space. The new Vinyard Tower is over 9-stories tall.
