Chenault Farms Park Side Plaza One, Building 100 (Design-Build)
Hendersonville, Tennessee
Chase Design-Build, LLC was contracted by HALO Properties to design and build the first building in the more than 400 acre development in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The Parkside Plaza One is a 49,800 S.F., 3 story post tension concrete frame office building with brick exterior. The 3rd floor of this facility will be the home for R.W. Beck Inc. The project was completed November 30th, 2007. Two new buildings for the HALO Properties Development are in the design stage and expected to start construction early Spring 2008.
