Gaylord Palms Resort Room Renovation
Kissimee, Fl
The project is a two phase renovation of 1,400 guestrooms at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimee, Florida. The first 1,000 rooms are scheduled to be completed in a four month time frame and the remaining 400 will be completed in a six week period. The renovations include new carpet, new vinyl wall covering, repainting, new light fixtures, tile restoration, and bathtub restoration. The project will be on a seven-day work week schedule to turn over blocks of approximately 225 rooms every 21 days.
