DF Chase

The project consisted of a 48,000 square foot addition to an operating, automobile seat assembly plant that serves the nearby Nissan facility. The addition has to be designed and build ready for the installation of equipment in three winter months. Utilities and compressed air services has to be relocated while maintaining the “just in time” delivery capacity that the plant required. In addition to the production area, locker, lavatory, office, cafeteria, and kitchen areas were constructed.
