DF Chase

This project kicked off in early February of 2012. It is an existing facility with a two-story office which has an attached warehouse and a separate shop building. D.F. Chase will be tearing off the entire office and rebuilding a new office that will work with the client’s operations. Construction will also include a complete demo to the shop area where we will build new offices and rework the shop bays to include truck lifts, fluid supply, wash equipment, and attaching a separate building with two fueling stations adjacent to the shop building. The warehouse will get a renovation as well as the site. Site work will include all new utilities to each building, all new asphalt and concrete paving, and upgrades to the storm water management system. Expecting some Michigan winter conditions, this project is scheduled for a duration of eight months.
