DF Chase

Opryland Hotel Nashville, LLC selected D.F. Chase, Inc. to renovate 2,400 of the hotel guest rooms. The project began in the Cascades Area, and proceeded to rooms in the Delta. New carpet, sheetrock, wall coverings, cabinets, millwork and electrical/data outlets were installed in every bedroom. Every bathroom received new ceramic tile on the floor and walls, new tubs and showers, as well as ceilings and lavatories. Many rooms were reworked to comply with ADA standards and the fire suppression systems were updated in all. In order to maximize the number of rooms available to the hotel for occupancy at any given time, a floor-by-floor system was implemented such that every floor was completed and turned back over to the hotel just as renovations commenced on the next.
