D.F. Chase, Inc. was selected as construction manager in the renovation of the former Sheraton Hotel on Broadway in downtown Nashville. The new Park Plaza Hotel project called for a complete renovation of the 300 hotel rooms, lobby, restaurant, and meeting rooms.
